No. State filing fees are government charges and vary by state. We show them separately before you pay.

Can I change my package later?

You can change your package any time before you pay. If you need a change after ordering, talk to a specialist.

Do I need to live in the United States?

No. Many international founders can form a U.S. company. Switch on “I live outside the United States” and we add EIN and banking guidance. Banking approval and tax results are not guaranteed.

What if I choose the wrong state?

Tell us before you pay and you can change it. Read the state guide first, because fees, annual reports and taxes differ from state to state.
